Resort World™ Sentosa, 1st in town to own Clair Brothers
Resorts World™ Sentosa (RWS), Singapore’s first integrated resort is located on the resort island of Sentosa. Spanning 49 hectares, the resort has welcomed over 15 million visitors since it opened in January 2010. RWS is home to the region’s first-and-only Universal Studios theme park, a casino, luxurious accommodation in four unique hotels, the Resorts World Convention Center, celebrity chef restaurants as well as specialty retail outlets. The resort also offers entertainment ranging from its resident theatrical circus spectacular Voyage de la Vie, to public attractions such as the Crane Dance and the Lake of Dreams. Resorts World Sentosa is currently developing the second phase of the Resort. Upon completion, RWS will open the Maritime Experiential Museum and Aquarium, the Marine Life Park, a destination spa and two additional hotels. Resorts World™ Sentosa is wholly owned by Genting Singapore, a company of the Genting Group.
In the 3rd quarter of 2010, RWS purchased a full Clair Brothers Audio system comprising Mains, Front Fill and Monitors.

As one of Asia’s largest column-free ballrooms, we’ve an exciting program of concerts, gala dinners, conferences and events lined up for 2011. The i-Series give us the ability to configure the Line Array in different ways to suit the various layouts of our ballroom. The Clair Brothers i-Series Line Array sounds great in our venue and is capable of handling any event we can throw at it. When auditioning, we were particularly impressed at the flat frequency response across the whole range at all volume levels, and uniform directional coverage of our extremely wide seating area. The i-Series doesn’t color the audio – we found many competing products were too ‘warm’ for conferences and too ‘sterile’ for rock concerts. The 12AM monitors give incredible SPL output yet remain sleek and unobstrusive on stage. We’re serious about quality audio here at RWS, and we’re particularly pleased to offer Clair Brothers Line Array to international and regional artist touring in Singapore.”
